AGE RESTRICTIONS

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to persons under the age of 18. Ciderstore prohibits purchase by under 18's. During the purchase process you will be asked to confirm that you are over 18. Upon delivery, if our courier suspects that the person receiving the delivery is a minor, photographic ID will be requested. If the courier is in any doubt, they are not permitted to leave the delivery and it will be returned to the depot where an adult can arrange to collect (see delivery page).

PAYMENT & PRICING

Ciderstore is an internet company. We only accept on-line payment and have no facilities to accept cheques, cash or postal orders. Credit and debit cards accepted include Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. Please note that you should only pass card details to us via this website; Ciderstore cannot guarantee the integrity of third party transmission such as Outlook Express, Royal Mail etc.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and other taxes and apply solely to the goods purchased. An additional charge is levied for delivery and packaging. The price shown includes VAT.

Ciderstore will not be held liable for delivery delay caused by any circumstance beyond its control.

Ciderstore retains the right to change any or all of these Conditions of Use without prior notice.

Ciderstore shall not be excluded liability for personal death or injury caused by its negligence by any Conditions of Use.
