How do I order ciders?
Ciderstore has no minimum order, but suggests you order in multiples of 12 as the shipping charge is a flat "case" rate. You can purchase a case of one variety or mix and match. If you mix and match, a case will always be 12 bottles; if you buy one variety, case sizes will differ, check the product page for details.

You can browse our catalogue by category, manufacturer or region; for example, if you only like medium dry ciders, click on medium-dry and then search site & our full list will be made available. You can then click on the product heading and a full description will appear.

When you decide to purchase a particular cider you should place the number of bottles/cases in the box provided. You should then click update, and this will retain the information (if you don't click update, the shopping basket will default to a single bottle/case quantity). To browse further, click on Keep Shopping. Repeat this process until you have finished shopping and then click on Checkout.

How do I know my order has been accepted?
When your order has been accepted, you will be sent an automated email to confirm the transaction.

How often do I have to buy cider?
Ciderstore is not a club, so there is no ongoing commitment.

What about Special Offers?
All Special Offers are priced as net products and do not attract any further discount. Special offers are subject to availability and Ciderstore reserves the right to withdraw any offer without notice or compensation.

How do I send cider as a gift?
No problem, just shop in the normal way, but fill in the delivery address option. We are happy to enclose a message or greeting, just use the comments box when checking out.

What happens to any bottles broken in transit?
We take great care to protect your cider, however glass is fragile and the inevitable will occasionally happen. Simply contact us within 3 working days of receipt and we will arrange collection (at no cost). You can then re-order (p&p free) or we will issue you with a credit.

How do I handle and store cider?
Some ciders are volatile and should be handled with care. Ciderstore suggests that bottles are unpacked by no more than two at a time. Bottle seals should be checked upon unpacking. Cider benefits by being stored in cool conditions. Some ciders will need to be allowed to settle before pouring. Most ciders benefit by being served chilled. Some manufacturers print advice on their bottles, please read for guidance.

How do you ensure payment security?
Ciderstore uses Protx (the largest independent Secure Payment Provider in the UK) . All transaction details passed between Ciderstore and Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever sent unencrypted.

How do I pay?
Most credit and debit cards are accepted and you will be asked for payment details as you confirm your purchase. Fuller details can be viewed by clicking Conditions of Use

How do I check prices and availability?
Ciderstore's policy is to offer the keenest price possible. We operate a standard mark-up across all products, which we may modify slightly for marketing reasons. Prices of ciders will vary between producers for reasons such as: costs of production, scale of production, raw ingredients, maturation periods and the value placed upon their products by producers.

All ciders are subject to availability; where products are out of stock, they will be temporarily "hidden", rather than labelled "out of stock".

All retail prices include VAT @ 17.5%. Ciderstore reserves the right to alter prices without notice in the event of changes in the rate of duty, VAT or other taxes or market conditions.
