This is a lightly sparkling traditional cider blended from the last seasons ciders and is left to mature for at least a year before being filtered and bottled.
Available either as a Dry, Medium Dry or Medium Sweet cider, (this is the Medium Sweet, I'm tasting here), it has a rich, traditional golden hue, with a subtle honeyed aftertaste, that would leave you asking for more.
